Google Analytics Data Delayed or Missed from November 13th

Many users have reported a delay in GA4 data from November 13, 2024. For some users, the data is missing for November 13th only, whereas for others, it is still missing since that day. The issue is not faced by every user or maybe it’s not just noticeable to everyone. It’s not so clear so far whether every GA4 profile is impacted with this issue or not. Many users have complained about this issue on Google Analytics Forums as well.  

While some users are now able to see the missing data from November 13th, it’s still missing for many and some are seeing partial data from later dates.  

Google’s Response? 

Google was silent on the issue for several days with no response or no comments at all. However, we can finally see their response on Google dashboard saying, “We’re investigating reports of an issue with Google Analytics. We will provide more information shortly. There is an issue affecting the generation of standard reporting tables. Granular reports (accessed via the explore module) and BigQuery exports are unaffected. We are working on restoring the reporting tables.” 

What to Expect? 

The timing of this GA4 missing or partial data issue is not great as the November Core Update has also started early signs of impact on November 13th. It may be confusing to identify how the core update has impacted your site amid this issue. As GA4 reporting is getting delayed, we can do nothing but wait for Google to provide further information and fix the issue.
